Our Response To COVID-19

Whilst keeping your car immaculate is what we pride ourselves on at day and day out at Magic. First and foremost is the safety of your family and our employees – never more so than right now given the escalating COVID-19 health crisis.

 

We take immense pride in the trust that customers afford us when they hand us their keys, and take this responsibility seriously.

To continue to provide the community with a safest and cleanest wash, we have introduced some new initiatives to ensure we maintain Australia’s most trusted and best rated car wash status.

 

REINFORCED HYGIENE AND SANTISATION

Hygiene and cleanliness remains the core focus for our staff and your vehicle. That’s why we’ve introduced mandatory glove use and upgraded our personal hygiene standards.

From today, we’ll be providing FREE interior sanitising to all surfaces with any internal clean service. We have also installed extra sanitisation units for customer use at all our stores across Australia.

 

NO CONTACT POLICY

Customers now have the choice of a ‘Zero Contact Policy’. Upon completion of your car wash, we will leave the keys on the front seat of your vehicle to avoid unnecessary contact with our car wash professionals. Simply request this when you arrive.

 

STAFF HEALTH AND SAFETY

Magic has been working closely with health authorities to ensure we are in the best position to minimise the spread of infection should a team member present with symptoms or be diagnosed with COVID-19.

 

Some of our initiatives include:

  • Mandatory staff training on COVID-19
  • Store posters outlining the steps to take should a customer, or employee present as unwell
  • Daily updates of all relevant information from our health authorities
