I’M GOING AWAY FOR 3 MONTHS, CAN I SUSPEND MY CLUB
MEMBERSHIP WHILE I’M AWAY?

Yes, however cancellations must be notified 14 days prior to the billing date.

I’VE CHANGED THE REGISTRATION NUMBER ON MY CAR. CAN I CHANGE
MY REGO DETAILS?

Login to your Magic account or create a new one using the same email you used when buying your Wash Club membersip. You can update your registration number in your account area.

IS THE UNLIMITED CLUB MONTH TO MONTH ONLY?

Yes, no contracts.

IS THE UNLIMITED CLUB VALID AT ANY OF THE OTHER MAGIC COMPANY CAR WASHES?

Yes, you can use your wash club membership at any Magic Wash Club location.

DOES THE UNLIMITED CLUB CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD MONTHLY?

Yes, on your purchase anniversary date of each month.

DOES EACH VEHICLE NEED IT’S OWN MEMBERSHIP?

Yes.

HOW MANY TIMES MAY I WASH MY VEHICLE IN A MONTH?

As often as you wish, limit once per day. Magic has the right to alter or end the program with sufficient notice.

HOW DO I CANCEL?

Login to your Magic account or create a new one using the same email you used when buying your Wash Club membersip. You can cancel your membership at any time from your account area.

• Magic Car Wash Richmond unlimited wash club membership allows unlimited washes for each registered vehicle every month. One vehicle per month per membership.
• The membership is automatically renewed on a monthly basis from start date
• The membership is limited to one wash per vehicle per day
• Wash Club membership will be automatically deactivated if we are unable to charge your
• nominated credit/debit card
• Members need to notify Magic of any changes to Vehicle Registrations,Credit/Debit card details or email address.
• Magic is not liable to refund any unused portion of plan due to early cancellation
• Magic reserves the right to close store or change hours of operation at it’s discretion
• Magic reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the Membership at any time.
• The Unlimited Wash Club program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts.
