1. The promoter is Magic Hand Carwash. 15 Hood Street, Collingwood, VIC, 3066 Australia
2. The promotion is open to Victorian residents, excluding directors, management and employees of Magic Hand Carwash and their agencies associated with this promotion, together with the immediate family members of these directors, management and employees. Entrants under 18 must obtain approval from their parent/guardian before entering.
3. The promotion commences at 5:00PM (AEDT) 11/06/2018 and closes at 5.00PM (AEDT) 18/06/2018 (the Promotion Period), entrants can enter only once per person.
4. To be eligible to win the prize entrants must register for the Magic Hand Carwash email database during competition period.
5. There will be twenty (20) winners in total. The entries will be judged by Magic Hand Carwash in its absolute discretion. Magic Hand Car Wash’s discretion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be announced by 1/07/2018. The winners will be notified via email and will be announced via the Magic Hand Carwash Facebook page. Winners must then provide Magic Hand Carwash with their full name, contact e-mail address, phone number and within 48 hours of notification. Magic Hand Carwash accepts no responsibility for unread, undelivered or incorrectly provided email or telephone information.
6. The twenty (20) winners as selected by the promoter will win a free interior steam clean each. The services can only be booked at Hoddle Street, Richmond Magic Hand Carwash (35 Hoddle Street Richmond VIC 3121) from Monday – Friday based on available times at the stores discretion.
7. The winning entries will be selected at random by Magic Hand Carwash. The judges’ decision is final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. The prizes, or any unused portion of the prizes, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or sold.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to re-judge in the event of an Eligible Entrant being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If a prize remains forfeited or unclaimed as of 08/07/2018, the Promoter will announce a new winner.
10. The Promoter (and each of our related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or tax implications whatsoever that is brought about or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion, the receipt or use of this prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, or providers, computer equipment, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to, any injury or damage you may suffer or any other persons computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster we reserve the right (subject to any written directions under applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.

By submitting your comment as entry, you grant Magic Hand Carwash the right and permission (except where prohibited by law) to copy, reproduce, encode, store, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when, duration, or the number of times), the Entry and your: name; Instagram and/or Facebook username; image; voice; persona; sobriquet; likeness; statements; and biographical material on the Magic Hand Carwash Instagram and Facebook account for purposes of administering and advertising the
competition, foregoing without additional review, compensation, notice to, or approval from you or any other party, unless prohibited by law. By submitting a comment, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of the information described herein.
12. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.
13. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate.
14. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage or delay in transit to prizes. Delivery of prizes within Australia only.
15. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this competition using Facebook and Instagram. However, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram. Each entrant completely releases Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability.
16. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.
