CARWASH ATTENDANTS
At Magic, our Carwash attendants are our shining stars. They’re an energetic bunch, who love cars and work with amazing attention to detail. Carwash Attendant roles generally have flexible hours and varied responsibilities in the driveway – all geared towards our customer’s cars leaving as if they’ve just driven out of the showroom.

Integral to our car-washing craft are our people-focussed managers who mentor our teams on the go, giving the team encouragement and direction whilst working beside them to deliver a superior customer journey.
Our managers drive the energy and excitement of the team in the driveway, whilst ensuring precision and attention to detail are their focus.

At Magic, our Team Leaders live and breath our car-washing craft. They know exactly how to clean a car to perfection and they excel at teaching team members to do the same. They focus on the ‘quality of the clean’ and work side-by-side with Carwash Attendants to ensure clean car precision.

CAFE TEAM MEMBERS
Our Cafe Team, though not washing and shining in the driveway, have a passion for customer service that is second to none. They are the key to delivering our ‘Customer Service First’ approach in our Cafe stores and their talent shines through in lattes and flat whites made with skill and care.
