How long will the service take?
Wash services take 20 - 45 minutes, plus waiting time which varies on how many people are in line ahead of you. For individual service times check out their pages from the main menu.

Can I make a booking?
We don't take bookings for wash services, simply come in whenever suits. Full detailing and scratch & dent repairs do require a booking, which you make directly with the store manager.

Can you give a quote over email?
The service pages have indicative pricing, however as prices can vary depending on vehicle size and condition, we can only give a quote onsite after inspecting the vehicle.

Can I get a discount for multiple vehicles?
Store managers are happy to discuss setting up accounts which may include discounts for regular washing. 

What payment options do you accept?
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Diners. Most of our stores also accept MotorPass.

Can I avoid the $10 delivery fee on gift cards?
All online orders incur a $10 express shipping fee, alternatively you can purchase gift cards in person from any Magic store.

Will you come to my home or office to wash my car?
Achieving the highest quality finish requires equipment that cannot be easily moved, so all of our services are carried out at our sites.

How do I become a franchisee?
Simply complete the form on the Franchising page and someone will be in touch to discuss further.

What if I'm not happy with my wash?
If you aren't satisfied for any reason, speak with the store manager before leaving the site and they'll fix it for you on the spot.
